Notes on Previous Committees.

At the first AGM on 20 Feb 2025 the first Committee was elected.

Committee #1: Vivianne Derman (Chair), Justin Marsden (Secretary), Tracey Orr (Treasurer), Russel Sheppard, Allan Codrington, Lance Dummett, John Simpson

This committee held one 'Vote Out of Committee Meeting' (VOCM) on 10 March 2025 and voted to on a measure to engage legal services to dispute a motion from the initial AGM.

This initial committee was then found to have been elected with incorrect vote counting and dissolved and replaced with a new committee (Committee #2) on 12 March 2025.

Committee #2: David Lewis (Chair), Justin Marsden (Secretary), Tracey Orr (Treasurer), Greg Washington, Lance Dummett, Russell Sheppard, Mark Rossiter

Due to the poorly run nature of the first election and suspicion over counting irregularities it was agreed that this second committee would also be dissolved with new elections to be held in order to have a clean start. New elections were held at the EGM 23 April which elected Committee #3.

Committee #3: David Lewis (Chair), Lance Dummett (Secretary), Stephen Knudsen (Treasurer), Scott Brown, Peter Richards, Shaun Sullivan, Mark Rossiter

In the Committee Meeting of 24 November 2025, the Chairman David Lewis spontaneously resigned with no notice given. As there were no more formal meetings scheduled between that time and the next AGM where a new Committee could be be elected, the Committee agreed to appoint an interim Committee. Peter Richards was elected as Interim Chairman, and Tracey Orr elected as interim Ordinary Member (both uncontested). 

Committee #4: Peter Richards (Chair), Lance Dummett (Secretary), Stephen Knudsen (Treasurer), Scott Brown, Shaun Sullivan, Mark Rossiter, Tracey Orr.

On December 12 the Chairman Peter Richards resigned. 

Committee #5: Vacant (Chair), Lance Dummett (Secretary), Stephen Knudsen (Treasurer), Scott Brown, Shaun Sullivan, Mark Rossiter, Tracey Orr.

Committee #6 (current): Scott Brown (Chair), Lance Dummett (Secretary), Stephen Knudsen (Treasurer), Mark Rossiter, John Panella, Paul Williams, Gavin Hurley.

The AGM on Jan 30 2026 elected the current Committee.
