We held a survey to ask all residents what things they would like to see improved in the building, and here are the results. Over 50 suggestions so far!
Note that this list is not an approved or endorsed list, it is only a list of the answers given by your fellow residents from the survey, however some items have been implemented or are in the process of being implemented.

Corridor Carpet Replacement - Need to spec a higher quality, better colour replacement carpet
Decorate each floor corridor to improve aesthetic (Pictures, vase etc) - Permission for each floor to decorate themselves as long as compliant?
Unit 6's heat shield solution? - Unit type 6's on each floor suffer intense western sun in summer and would like a solution that fits within existing design rules - in progress

Solar Panels - Quote available! Cost is $60k but will return $18k each year in energy savings, over $300k over the lifetime of the panels.
Connector inlet for storm water pump generator - Not sure what this is?
Drones - By-Law change req'd to restrict use of drones in and around building - in progress
Turn off common area aircon during Winter - rejected due to complexity
Remove external building fins or replace with rotatable ones to shade from Western Sun - rejected due to complexity
Access to bin room - Rejected due to abuse and safety concerns
Greater visibility of Building Manager - open door, spend time (say 12pm-2pm) at front desk - Building Manager rejected
Change Locks on side gate to common lock - Quote requested!
Change Regulation module of building from Accommodation to Standard to reflect Residential-only nature of building - proposed for AGM
Change lock on one Fire Stair 4 (NW on Peak) to allow access B1 for dogs (Also Stair 5 SW on Woodroffe?) Fire reg compliance?
Garage Remotes - In progress
Shared EV Charging in visitor parking - EVSE Quote, will require AGM
Mirrors in carparks - Done!
Bollards and plates in carparks - Done!

Find a better sealer for Crazy Pavers to improve stain resistance - Suggest polyurethane?
Power to carpark spaces - Issues around automated metering. Seeking advice from SUPA on how to do this properly.

Vending Machine in Foyer - Rejected due to aesthetic and maintenance impacts

Replace Pool hose with plumbed tap spray nozzle - Done!
Replace Blue bins with something nicer - Bespoke IS to provide proposal
Move Spa emergency stop button - No longer needed as emergency stop has been fixed
Spa Cover to retain heat and reduce energy use.
Rent out treatment room - Rejected to due complexity of commercial agreement/insurance/liability etc
Proper shower and drain area - subject to trial of existing shower
Replace mirrors in lifts with matching timber panels to reduce issues with mirrors
Remove ParcelLocker and replace with shelf
Book exchange - Possibly in Main Foyer or mail room?
Extend Yellow Line for no parking on Woodroffe - Done!
Ability to change timer on lights in BBQ area?
