Who to contact and when:

For any building‑related issues, your first point of contact is always the Building Manager. The Building Manager is engaged to manage day‑to‑day operations of the building; the Committee is not.

If you feel you are not receiving satisfactory assistance from the Building Manager, or if you have an issue that needs escalation, please submit your concerns in writing to Ernst, who will notify the Committee.

You may also contact the Committee (via Ernst) if you have suggestions for improving the building, or if you need to raise any serious matters that fall outside the Building Manager’s normal daily responsibilities.
