Who to contact and when:
For all building related issues, the first point of contact is always the Building Manager. The Building Manager is paid to manage the building, the Committee isn't.
If you are not getting satisfactory service from the Building Manager, or if you have other issues, you should address those concerns formally to Ernst in writing who will notify the Committee.
You may also contact the Committee (via Ernst) if you have a suggestion or recommendation for improvement to the building, or any serious matters related to the building that cannot be taken care of as a day-to day duty by the Building Manager.
