Who to contact and when:
For all building related issues, the first point of contact is always the Building Manager. The Building Manager is paid to manage the building, the Committee isn't.
If you are not getting satisfactory service from the Building Manager you can escalate in writing to the Committee via either email or the mailbox in the mail room.
You may also contact the Committee if you have a suggestion or recommendation for improvement to the building, or any serious matters related to the building that cannot be taken care of as a day-to day duty by the Building Manager.
