We acknowledge the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of glass windows, balconies, and balustrades. However, we kindly request that you take care not to affect the units below when cleaning. Additionally please be advised that cleaning the exterior of the balustrades can be hazardous, and it is strongly recommended to hire a professional for this task.
We also ask that you refrain from splashing water onto the units below. A scheduled building wash will take place in April.
